Always a great time. Best view in town..on the beach access. Management is great and very accommodating.
This is an older resort, but it is very up to date and modern. There are only 20 + units. The units are very spacious (huge). It is just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Every unit has a view of the Gulf. An outdoor pool is on the property.The staff is friendly and helpful. During my stay the parking lot was being re-worked. The staff made arrangements for off-site parking.
We stayed on floor 7. This condo is fantastic! The 3br/3bath space we had was extremely roomy and decorated well. It had very easy access to the beach, a great shower station to get the sand off, and a nice pool that was kept clean. Wade, the grounds keeper was extremely nice and always available and constantly working to keep the place looking fantastic. There is a convenience store directly across the road and it is right next to everything else you'd want to go do in the area. Also my favorite part about the condo is the balcony was huge and fully covered so you were always shaded. Loved it!
This condo was Awesome! We stayed in #312.beach side balcony.Super clean.all the amenities you have at home.woul recommend this to anyone and very affordable.would sleep 8 but only 5 of us.2 bedrooms,2 showers.check it.Target,Walmart and any stores you're used to are there.
REALLY enjoyed staying here!! Right on the beach! Our condo was beautiful! I will be looking this place up each time we visit Destin. We were there for the 4th of July and there was a firework show that was awesome!! My 2 boys really enjoyed being here and quickly became our home away from home. We went through “RealJoy Vacations” to get the condo and were the #1 reason my 1st family vacation w/ my kids went so smoothly. The #1 reason the stay was so great! Would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. I do want to say that the AC couldn’t go below 74 in our condo. I was told because the building was an older one (can’t tell that it is). It was bearable but for my husband and kids, sleeping was hard, being a bit on the warm side. I’d recommend bringing a small fan or 2!
The weather was windy and chilly. Facing the beach. Nice sunsets. Condo was okay a little dated. All furniture uncomfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Pool looked nice and clean. Parking was good. Its a beach rental not the Taj Mahal.
Excellent location. All condos have nice balconies overlooking the gulf. Very relaxing. The condos have been updated in the past 2 years. They are painted a soft gray with shades of blue. The pictures with the coral and peach colors are outdated. All floors are now tile. The balconies have a new coated flooring and new sturdy furniture. There are new pavers around the pool and new loungechairs and tables poolside. There is a new boardwalk that goes over the dune to the beach. There is new bright lighting in the walkways. The parking lot just had major repairs and updates done. Posted April 2023 by an owner. Update in Sept 2024, new step in showers & toilets in the master bathrooms. Very nice upgrade!
